The "Sharing Love – Sowing Knowledge" program at An Thoi Secondary School marks the third stop of the "Clean Water for Students" project, which C.P. Vietnam Corporation (C.P. Vietnam) has supported since 2025.
On September 23, 2026, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Thoi Commune, Vinh Long Province (an area formerly part of Ben Tre Province) led the organization of the "Sharing Love – Sowing Knowledge" program at An Thoi Secondary School, in coordination with the Youth Social Work Club (YSW), C.P. Vietnam, and Virtuos Vietnam Co., Ltd. The program presented 100 gifts to students facing hardship and handed over a water filtration system to the school, with a total budget of nearly VND 200 million.

Overview of the "Sharing Love – Sowing Knowledge" program at An Thoi Secondary School
This is the third facility under the "Clean Water for Students" project, which C.P. Vietnam has carried out since 2025 together with the Young Social Work Club, local authorities, and schools: beginning at An Phu Primary and Secondary School, Hon Quan District, Binh Phuoc Province (now part of Dong Nai Province) in 2025; continuing in Dak Lua Commune, Tan Phu District, Dong Nai Province in 2026; and most recently at An Thoi Secondary School, Vinh Long Province, in September 2026. The operation and water-quality testing of each facility are carried out periodically in coordination with local units, to sustain its effectiveness over the long term.

Representatives from the participating parties at the program
At the ceremony, representing local authorities and the school were Mr. Huynh Thanh Tam, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Thoi Commune; Mr. Vo Van Hoang Anh, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee; Mr. Ngo Van Tra, Principal of An Thoi Secondary School, along with representatives of related departments and the school's students. Representing C.P. Vietnam were Mr. Worawit Arunraksa, Director of Sustainable Development, and Mr. Ratthaphon Silakun, Director of the Ben Tre Aquafeed Production and Business Branch. During the program, Mr. Ratthaphon Silakun spoke on behalf of the company, Mr. Worawit Arunraksa received a letter of thanks from the local authorities on the company's behalf, and both took part, together with the other parties, in the facility's inauguration ceremony and in presenting gifts to the students.

An Thoi Secondary School
An Thoi Secondary School is located in an area affected by the specific water conditions typical of the Mekong Delta region: the dry season brings a risk of saltwater intrusion, while the rainy season can leave surface water turbid and contaminated due to tidal flooding and runoff. The water filtration system handed over this time — comprising a drilled well, pumping equipment, filtration devices, and an RO membrane — gives the school a stable, on-site source of clean water, serving the daily drinking and living needs of 628 students along with the school's staff and teachers.

Mr. Ratthaphon Silakun shared that the company's involvement in the program stems from a wish to help create better conditions for students to look after their health and study with peace of mind, supporting their growth. On behalf of local authorities, Mr. Huynh Thanh Tam thanked the Young Social Work Club (YSW), C.P. Vietnam, and Virtuos Vietnam for accompanying the locality in caring for the younger generation, noting that the gifts and the facility carry not only material value but also convey care and solidarity with students facing hardship.

Vinh Long is also a place where C.P. Vietnam has long been engaged in education. Since 2012, the company has partnered with the Nhan Thien Scholarship Fund under the Provincial Association for the Support of Poor Patients, helping students in difficult circumstances continue their education. At the scholarship award ceremony on August 26, 2026, C.P. Vietnam presented scholarships worth a total of VND 800 million to students ahead of the 2026–2027 school year, marking 15 years of partnership with the program.

From clean water facilities to scholarships, C.P. Vietnam's activities in Vinh Long reflect the "Three Benefits for Sustainability" philosophy the company has pursued throughout more than 30 years of operation in Vietnam — working alongside local authorities and partners to create tangible value for the community, particularly for its younger generation.

"For C.P. Vietnam Corporation, sustainable development is not just a commitment—it is a core foundation where the interests of the country and the community are always prioritized. The company continuously strives to build a sustainable economic ecosystem that harmonizes with society and the environment, ensuring that every step forward by C.P. Vietnam is for a green, prosperous, and sustainable Vietnam."
