Vietlott & Tam Tai Viet Fund with National Economics University held a signing ceremony to expand learning opportunities for students

As part of the implementation of the “Creating opportunities, connecting dreams” program, on August 24, 2026, the National Economics University and the Tam Tai Viet Fund held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding, with a total scholarship value of VND 600 million over three years.

Attending the signing ceremony, representatives of the Vietnam Lottery Company and the Tam Tai Viet Fund including Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dam – Chairman of Vietlott and Chairman of the Fund’s Management Council; Mr. Pham Ngoc Tu – Chief Executive Officer of Vietlott and Vice Chairman of the Fund’s Management Council; Mr. Dao Dinh Thi – Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Vietlott; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief Accountant of Vietlott; and Mr. Tran Minh Giang – Controller of Vietlott.

Representing the National Economics University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duc Tho – Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong – Vice President of the University; Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hieu – Vice President of the University; Prof. Dr. To Trung Thanh – Vice President of the University; Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Anh – Vice President of the University, together with representatives of the leadership of schools, departments, faculties, institutes, and centers under and affiliated with the University.

The cooperation agreement further strengthens the partnership between the National Economics University and the Tam Tai Viet Fund by leveraging the respective strengths and resources of both parties, with the aim of creating meaningful and practical value for students and the wider community.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duc Tho – Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the National Economics University, emphasized that the ceremony not only demonstrates the cooperation among businesses, social funds, and higher education institutions, but, more importantly, translates this partnership into practical actions for the younger generation, contributing to building a better community and supporting the development of the country.
