During her visit, Dame Susan Langley met with Prudential Vietnam's Executive Committee and employees, sharing her views on the future of financial services, the evolving role of insurance in supporting economic growth and resilience, and key trends shaping the industry's future.

The visit followed the UK-Vietnam High Level Conference on Financial Services 2026, held earlier the same day and attended by government representatives, businesses, and financial institutions from both countries. During a dedicated session on capital market development, Mr. O'Neill shared Prudential's perspective on the role of capital markets in mobilising long-term investment and supporting sustainable economic growth.
