Co-Chairman of VBCSD met with the UN Secretary General's Special Envoy for DRR

Hanoi, April 20. Dr. Doan Duy Khuong, Vice Executive President of VCCI, Co-Chairman of VBCSD met with the UN Secretary General's Special Envoy for Disaster Risk ReductionMargareta Wahlstrom.
 
At the meeting, the both sides discussed the role of private sector in Disaster Risk Reduction, as well as ways to strengthen good initiative to engage private sector in DRR in Viet Nam and to share that in the region and globally.
 
Participants of the meeting also included VBCSD General Secretary Nguyen Quang Vinh and representatives from several businesses.
