Nearly 300 Nutrilite health consultants trained by the National Institute of Nutrition

Ho Chi Minh City, June 15, 2026 – Amway Vietnam, a global health and beauty brand, has organized the graduation ceremony for the Nutrilite Health Consultant Training Program, recognizing 296 participants who successfully completed an intensive training program in preventive nutrition, health promotion and counseling skills, and were officially certified as Nutrilite Health Consultants.

The program was implemented by Amway Vietnam in collaboration with the National Institute of Nutrition (NIN) to enhance the professional capacity of its Distributors, contribute to the dissemination of science-based nutrition knowledge and promote a healthy lifestyle in the community. The graduation ceremony was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Duong, Director of the National Institute of Nutrition; Dr. Lam Quoc Hung, Director of the Center for Nutrition and Food Training, National Institute of Nutrition; representatives of Amway Vietnam’s Board of Management; lecturers; and participants who completed the program.

Conducted from October 2025 to April 2026, the Nutrilite Health Consultant Program was designed to equip participants with systematic nutrition knowledge and counseling skills, while developing a team of Nutrilite Health Consultants with professional competence and a strong sense of responsibility toward the community.

The training program comprised 64 sessions, with a curriculum covering scientific nutrition knowledge and counseling skills developed by experts from the National Institute of Nutrition. The training content focused on core areas such as preventive nutrition, nutritional status assessment, diet planning, food safety, and health communication and counseling skills. The objective of the course was to help participants strengthen their nutrition knowledge and counseling capabilities, while enabling them to apply these learnings in health care for themselves, their families and the wider community. This direction is aligned with efforts to improve the nutritional quality of Vietnamese people under the National Nutrition Strategy for the 2021–2030 period with a vision toward 2045.

Upon completion of the program, 296 participants fulfilled all training requirements and were certified as Nutrilite Health Consultants. This result reflects the long-term collaboration between Amway Vietnam and the National Institute of Nutrition in strengthening science-based nutrition counseling capabilities, while promoting the dissemination of authoritative nutrition knowledge to the community.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Duong, Director of the National Institute of Nutrition, shared: “As nutrition issues and the need for proactive health care receive increasing attention, the dissemination of science-based nutrition knowledge plays a highly important role. We appreciate Amway Vietnam’s coordination in implementing the program and expect that participants who have completed the program will serve as a bridge in sharing authoritative nutrition knowledge, contributing to the promotion of appropriate nutrition practices and healthy lifestyles in the community.
