ADA, MICHIGAN, U.S., June 8, 2026 - Amway, the world’s largest direct selling company by revenue, has officially completed a USD 75 million capital investment at its global headquarters in Ada, Michigan, U.S. As part of this investment, the Nutrilite Spaulding facility has been fully reimagined, with a new solid-dose manufacturing line and a modern quality control laboratory officially opened in May.

The upgrade project converted approximately 4,831 square meters of warehouse space into a solid-dose manufacturing facility, equipped with more than 500 specialized pieces of equipment to produce Nutrilite™ dietary supplement products. The upgraded capabilities include V-Shell blenders, high-speed tablet presses and a high-speed two-piece capsule filling system, enabling Amway to better meet global production demand.
In parallel, the investment also includes quality and innovation upgrades: a new 1,115-square-meter microbiology and packaging laboratory, a renovated 1,896-square-meter quality control laboratory, and a new 2,323-square-meter nutrition pilot plant. These facilities are designed to support research, testing and quality assurance across the entire Nutrilite™ product portfolio.
The USD 75 million investment supports the Nutrilite product portfolio, which comprises 877 items and 136 formulas. These products serve more than 100 markets worldwide, including Vietnam.
Vietnam is currently one of Amway’s Top 10 markets by global sales, reaffirming the importance of the market in the Group’s long-term growth strategy. The output capacity from the Nutrilite Spaulding facility will directly support the growing demand among Vietnamese consumers for high-quality nutrition products.
This facility upgrade is part of Amway’s overall USD 127.6 million investment in manufacturing, research and workplace facilities at its headquarters. Behind this production capability is a team of more than 800 scientists, engineers and technicians, together with a global portfolio of more than 750 patents and patent applications. This strong scientific foundation helps ensure that every Nutrilite™ product delivered to consumers meets the highest standards of quality and efficacy.
